Exhibition of Illustrations "It's Always Tea-Time" in Warsaw


Estonian Embassy is inviting you to the international illustration exhibition "It's Always Tea-Time" in Teatr Lalka that will be available for public from 11 January until 10 February, 2017.
Viive Noor, the graduate of Tallinn Academy of Arts, well-known and valued book illustrator, member of Estonian Association of Graphic Designers is the exhibition's curator. The artist cooperates with Estonian Children Literature Center, she is also an organiser and curator of Tallinn Illustration Triennale. Upon the curator's invitation, illustrators from many countries prepared their artistic visions of Alice's adventures. The exhibition was first shown in the Estonian Children Literature Center in Tallinn, in September 2015. Among the presented pictures we can find portraits of Alice, the Queen of Hearts, the Hatter, the Dormouse, a cat without a grin, and a grin without a cat, as well as numerous versions of the mad tea-party, plastic visions of time passages, and even of Alice falling down the rabbit hole and the well, that start her adventures.
